Check to be sure that you are not running other software at the same time. You can use Ctrl + Alt + Del to see what is running

Yes you can write an Mcode that will play a wav file or you can use the speak... IF you need a hand with the macro I can help you out.

The Jog on off button must be on the screen for Jogging to work... so you can fix this if you like.
