Set your Max rate lower for that axis and back down your acceleration. Test and see if it helps :)

At this time you can't save what icons are going to display :( We are looking into giving Lcam a face lift and that may be the time to add that feature :)

Is this on a stepper machine or a servo machine? You have lost steps or noise on an encoder line :(

The Galil is being used by a few and I need to order a few of them for more testing and I would like to add a few cool things :) I am looking into adding rigid tapping and lathe threading.
The Delta Tau is not taking to me anymore :( I need to try to get the coms working again with the Delta Tau. as soon as I have that I am ready to get the Gcode working!

The two cars that you are showing would take WAY to much work to get running :( We would have to make a new ring zero driver to make them work :( The time that it would take to make them work...it is just not worth it. I would like to see the doc's from the other card that you are talking about!

thanks
Brian

General Mach Discussion / Re: MaxNC spindle setup
« on: April 01, 2007, 10:55:08 AM »
I don't know anything about the spindle on the MaxNC :( But I will help you the best that I can!

The problem with having your spindle start is a Parallel port problem. The computer will turn on outputs when the computer is booting and there is nothing that Mach3 can do about this :(.  We get around this one of two ways:
1. Don turn on the power to the controller untill Mach3 is up and running
2. (the better one) Get a Charge pump form CNC4PC and hook that to an output with an SSR to power the mill. Mach 3 will have to put out 12Khz to enable the power to the control.

hope that helps
Brian

It is in the plugin at this point. you need to set one of the buttons to swap the mode.
