The index pulse is to small :( You need to have a much longer pulse to have it work with Mach 3

Check out cnc4pc.com they have a pick up that will work very well

Thanks

Okay i just tested it here about 20 times no problem... how about a Gcode file that you have problems with and could be take a screen shot of the Macro directory? I wonder if Mach 3 is having a hard time with an other profile that you have on that computer.

Thanks

To stop the timing problems you need to lock the speed of your network card. set the card to be a 10Meg/sec and I think you will be all set :)

You can't run the file over the network because it is a memory mapped file, it has to be this way because of how mach3 reads the data..

You need to open the Macro and edit it, You can't edit and save if it pops up in the ERRROR window... there is no path to save the data too :(

That should do it!

Paul,
Try changing the IJ arc settings in Lcam's Post options... I think that will fix the problem

Thanks

Terry,
Set the leadin to the Dia of the tool that you would like to run and you will not have that error message (I Hope) :)

Thanks

Sorry to say that I don't know what the Gcode file should look like :( Could you please post an example and I will see what I can do to get a post for it.

Thanks

You need to add a "shapes" directory and after you do that it should work... Art is adding it to the next rev.

thanks
