Could you please make a simple prgram to test with that has not Subs ? Please make a file that has a simple Z+ Z- and tell me if you have the same problem.

As a test have you tried the sherline mode under ports and pins?

Thanks

Hello:
If you would like to use an other Cam program please checkout SheetCam or Bobcad...

The problem with Lcam is that we are having trouble with the Bulged polyline and Splines (Ths is not Lcam code but code that we have licensed from an other software company). They have fixed a few of the loading problems and I have found a small math error that will make an Arc's vanish. I have added code in the Rev that I have been working on to fix this problem..

Now for your file:
I have looked at your file again and it will not load.... So I tested the file with Feature Cam and it could not load the file! It says "Corrupted file". If a 15,000 can not open your DXF I don't think I will ever get it to work... So if you would like to post a new one that is openable I would be happy to look at it. IF you would like you can also mail me off list to get me the file.

Thanks and Looking for a DXF that I can open

Galil / Re: Mach3 and Galil ... Getting better
« on: November 11, 2007, 09:12:20 AM »
The First Update to the Galil code is on the Web (Rev 2.058.0)... Please download the new plugin and I think it should fix many of the problems that you my be having at this time. There is a bit more work that needs to be done with useing Step and Direction with the Galil and the Extended IO, I have to wire up the mill to test that section of code and that is going to take me a bit to get that done :( I hope to get to it very soon.

thanks

It is on the List but that is not a simple thing to do... I will have to talk to Art about the pocketing code and see if there is a way to get it to output the correct Path for the front...

thanks

There is a user on the group that would like to have a look at the code so as soon as he gets VS2003 we are going to start back in on the code... I have had to much work! I get an OEM done that is about 800 Mach3's per year! I have told them that I will not do anymore work for them for the rest of the year! I owe you guys about 3 months of work on Galil and Lcam. So that is my plan No new WORK!

I am so sorry I have been working non stop for to long :(

Have a look in the Bios and see if you can find and power settings and turn them off... also is this onboard Video??? If it is put in a video card and see if that helps.

Thanks

Some day I should have a look at the fanuc style turn cycles.... They are a real pain in the butt and I can't see getting to it anytime soon ;(

I do have most of the code that I need from Lcam.... Hmmm....  if there were time that is all we need now!
