Well I don't know who of you are going to Cabin Fever, but if you are going please stop by and say Hi I will be the guy sitting in a chair watching the CNC router run all over the place (Quantum ).. I also will have my computer with a burner there if you need to get a CD of Mach3 (better then slow Internet). There will be no charge for that but I can tell you that I will only have 50 of them with me... Also if you need to buy a license file I could set you up with a show special I will know better what that will be when the big day hits.

I will also be giving a talk on Mach3 and cnc in general. I could care less if you would like to talk about Mach3 or not, If you would like to know more about stepper motors,servo motors and how to wire a machine.. Cool that is good for me Art and I do this every time we go to a show... But if you fill the hour with Mach3 questions that is good too;) If you do have a mach3 question I will be running the router at the table and could tell/show/teach you stuff about the program and the wizards.

So IF you have an idea what you would like to see at the show please pipe up and I will try to make it happen

It will update at 1/40 of a sec and will not need to have a special screen set or macro pump. You also will be able to set the following error.

There is a limit over ride button on the settings page. Press that and you can get off the limit switchs I think it is also covered in one of the video's that we have on the webpage.

You could do a test with the jerk on that file You will need to set your max accel so high that it will just about not jog Or you have to jog at a slower speed. Jim did this and said that it was cutting 3d better then ever. We are working on nurbs  to blend the moves to keep the velocity up but that is only at the point that we are thinking about it

The best thing you can do is to set up your own profile... that will make it so you never get your settings mucked up

We have it working and if there is more then .008 following error the motors are stopped I will add the code to make it upload the encoder position soon... Should have time tomorrow to work on it.

We need to have the new firmware... There should be new firmware in the next month or so... (I hope so)
