Try to double click on the graphic screen. This will tell it to redraw...

Under the  ports and pins check "Sherline 1/2 Pulse Mode" mode  and you should be good to go :)

Could you check you native units? This is under config system units. It sounds like it is set to inch...

No such luck :( So we are going to have to add a littl VB code to make your keyboard work :) We can have a button on the screen to set you to 100% jog and we will write the old slow jog rate to a Var in Mach3. So it will be about the same as having a shift key .... Is this okay?

There is an OEM code that will do it I think... I will get back to you on that.

Okay Here we go :) This can't work because the move is over 180 deg. Bobcad to brake the Arc into 1/4s. OR try and set the post for Inc Arc Rad. What rev of bobcad are you running? I wish I had a copy I would get this figured out for you :(

Sorry for making you do all the stuff that you have done before but I need to see what is going on...

Thank you for the good words on the wizards:) We have had fun making them!

AH-HA should be VERY close to Mach3... I ran an AHHA machine for 5years :) But not now I think Art would be upset if I started to run DOS  ::)
The AH-HA was built to run code like a Fanuc 6M...

Hello Chuck,
Yes you can put a limit switch right on the P Port if you need to get running. I have done this but you have to know there is NO isolation!
Good luck
