We are getting version 4599 or maybe 4600 ready for release . My guess it will be 4600 ... But in 300 Versions we may have sorted that issue ;) we are working all the time on the software to make it better for everyone!

Yes and no... please have a play with the PMC and see if that helps you. The PMC is a really great tool to make code without "programing". This should do everything you looking to do!

Why don't you send who called the function and at least make it an ifelse set of commands. Option number 2 is to make a function for each operation. One more thing that may be really calling you issues is that you are getting 2 calls for every press. You have one with the state high and one with the state low (On press and one release). You tell me where we should start because I love what your doing! Panels and machines are like peas and carrots!

Mach4 General Discussion / Re: Status Messages, History

That is in the Core of mach4 sending the message ... We don't have any tools to cancel the messages. I may be able to add a back door way to cancel  the message ;) I can see where this would be used on a C axis.

RT,
I had a great time doing this and making the Mouse move on the screen was the one that I really wanted to do. I think as a mouse in a shop environment this is a cool solution. The jogging and all that is a bonus!

BTW you can use the registers on the screen to see and set the Inc distance and change them with sliders. I shocks me the amount of work you can do to the screen without any scripting!

Lets see if others pipe up on how they like it, I may be sticking a fork in this and moving onto the next thing.

Thanks
Brian

Hello all,
I have added a new INC mode and I hope you will like it. I have added a mode that  you can use to swap the controller in and out of inc mode. Try it out and see if you can figure it out. Also you can change the inc amount in the registers for the Xbox controller.

I almost forgot! I was goofing around with Mach4 and the Xbox and I got Mach4 connected to my son's train layout and I can move locomotives with the Xbox controller! This thing is VERY flexible! see what you can do and have some fun!

Thanks
Brian

Update : Attachment removed and is now in installs after version 4690 of Hobby

The registers are your global variables and can be seen from all instance of Lua and they are also thread safe.

Please look at the history line and tell me if you see anything. Could be that you have a softlimits issue.
