I ran my 2038 build for 12 hours straight to test.  It never stopped.  I'm running a Galil.  So it may be in your motion plugin.  What are you using?

Hi Steve,

I am using Darwin and you are right build 2030 runs forever in simulation mode, only when running Darwin does it stop. Looks like the problem is over to Art  :)

Mach 4 2059 still won't allow Darwin to be licensed. I even went as far as downloading a new license file from the license manager. It downloaded as a .txt file and I had to change it to a .dat file to get Mach 4 to see it. I can jog 3 axises but that's it. Homing wont't work. I can't turn on my forward and reverse spindle relays
with M3 and M4 in MDI. Spindle won't turn on.

I looked in the history file and saw.

Failed to license feature M4_DARWIN
(mcDarwin)Darwin License has failed.
Do MDI

Then I looked in Mach 4 Help/System Information and saw Feature M4_mcDARWIN Unlicensed

So the Darwin plugin bug still isn't fixed.

Mach4 Build 2067 - XP

Load g-code.
Go into Screen Edit mode.
Change the number of lines in the g-code display.
Save Screen
Leave edit mode.

You can no longer rotate the toolpath display until you close and restart Mach4. This applies to all toolpaths on the different tabs.

Hi,
downloaded the first time M4 (version 2067). I love what I see.
Unfortunately when I start m4 the outermost blue frame of the window is not showing up. (M4 is occupying the entire screen without the blue frame around.)
Therefore I can't resize the window. Any ideas how I can rectify it?
Thank Jakob

It may be in either full screen mode or the window (1024x768) is bigger than your monitor resolution.

In the view menu, there is a full screen toggle item.  If you screen res is too small, you will have to use the keyboard to resize it.

Is that the latest Darwin?  Art told me it was running fine.
