Gerry, Is there a Post Processor for Vectric's Cut3D?  I tried using the Vectric V-Carve Pro Ver 7.5-8.0, but there are several modifications required in order to get Cut3D to load this *.pp file.  I had to comment out the following lines: 30, 32, 66, 85, 89-93, 96, 178, 184 and 186.  The primary function removed by these comments is the DWELL operation, which isn't a operation used in Cut3D.  Do you see anything in my edits that would cause you concern?

I don't have a copy of Cut3D, so I don't have a post. Can you email it to me?

Yes, turn off Auto Screen Enlarge, and drag the corner of the window to fit the screen.
Sorry for the late reply, I'm out of the country traveling.

I purchased the mach 3 Screenset 2010 and got an order confirmation that payment was made but there was no download link for it. Can you tell me where that link is please. I also emailed about this so I would like to now be able to download. Thank You.

First, greetings to all. Ger 21, I'm sorry if you wrote yesterday impatience, but I'm Spanish and do not really understand everything that gets on the web. In fact, I'm translating all this and do not know whether you will understand me well.

I have been working for long with WinPC NC. Now in my factory I bought a new machine with Mach3 and Mach3 XHC usb card. For me it was frustrating to see how different and how difficult it seems to me mach3 respect to another program; but since I am very stubborn I'm getting progress gradually.

I've already got the machine works; but my biggest problem is to configure the meter tool.

I bought 2010 Screenset because I read it was much better for macros and meter, but I still have not gotten measure Screenset 2010.

I appears on a screen "clearance plane must> 0- Please reset"
But I can not change zero "clearance plane", I can not activate "Manual spindle control" or "machine coordenates".
When "use safe Z" I get a code that also do not understand how to activate.

Sorry, but although I like the interface 2010 Screenset not understand some things.

Could you help me somehow? Is there any manual settings? And if it is not too much to ask ... is not there something in Spanish?
(Ger, maybe it would be a great way to open your market  ;) )

Thank you all, and to Ger21.

Thankfully I hope your answers

Sorry, another question.
I forgot to say how to measure tools in our projects:

We do not measure on the work material, because this material we will roughed. We always have the measuring on the desk, at a fixed height. In each tool change we go out measure and machine recalculates the distance from the tool to touch, to continue to make a fine roughing on the workpiece.

Do you know the correct way to measure mach3 this mode?
Thank you very much again

I highly recommend learning Mach3 with the default screenset before using the 2010 Screenset, as understanding mach3 will make using the 2010 Screenset easier.

When "use safe Z" I get a code that also do not understand how to activate.

On the toolchange tab, enter the clearance plane value, and hit the "Enter" key.
In Mach3, you always need to hit enter after entering values into DRO's

Manual Spindle control does not activate the spindle. It just stops the toolchange macro to wait for the user to start the spindle during the tool change.

Machine coordinates are always displayed. There is no button or method to turn them on or off.

Sorry, I don't know if I understand exactly what  you're asking. And I don't know Spanish (only a few words and phrases)

If you are asking if there is a manual, you can find a link in your Start menu, or on my website.

Sorry, but my English is also very very basic. Yes, I have used the original mach3; and I think more or less I understand the program.
If I hit the enter key, but even if the strike remains at zero, the numerical value is not fixed. The same happens with me "Manual spindle control" or "machine coordenates"; not that I want to activate the engine; It is that I can not activate these boxes. Do not know if maybe it is problem of my version of Mach3, but I thought it could be a problem for some unknown value that had put so erroneous.
Sorry for my English, I try to help from google, hehe.

Another question, do you know our method to measure? In WINPC NC it is almost automatic do this, but here it seems very complex.

Thank you so much Ger 21

What version of Mach3 are you using? If it's a very old version, then the 2010 screenset may not work with it.

If you mount a fixed plate to your spoilboard ("desk"?), then the 2010 auto zero should do what you want, if I understand you correctly.
