I really can't tell from your drawing. If you enter the correct data, and you probe against the part that you want at zero, then it should.
I'd recommend some testing to make sure you understand how it works.

Hi Ger

I have been try to set up my machine with the x y probing. I think I have a setting wrong somewhere. When I hit the y- button ot will start to move in that correct direction but it is at a rapid rate. The same happens on the x+ direction. I have my job rate 00% and my step increment rate at .01. Is there anything else I should check.
They are on the left side below the buttons.

There's a probing feedrate on the Probe wizard screen. Actually, there are 2, a slow and a fast. If the slow has a value, it will probe first at the fast speed, then again at the slow speed. If the slow speed is 0, it will probe at the fast speed only.

Is the speed the jog and step increments?

On the left side below the buttons. Initial Feedrate and Slow Feedrate.
First probe is done at Initial feedrate. If Slow feedrate > 0, then a second probe will occur at the slow feedrate.

I searched but maybe just didn't search right but I'm trying to figure out which macros exactly handle the simple zero, full tool-change zero and just the tool-change so I can assign them to my wireless pendant. My computer is a ways from the CNC so it would be nice to be able to hit the pendant button for each thing instead of weave my way back to the computer.

They are all listed in the screenset manual.

Ok probably another stupid question. This is on the laser crosshair setup. My cross hair is X -4.6119 and Y 5.1975 away from the center point of my spindle. I edited the M890.mls file to reflect those numbers. When I hit the laser zero button or run the macro from my pendant nothing changes in the DRO's in either work coordinates or the machine coordinates and when I hit "go to zero" my machine doesn't go to where I had the crosshairs aligned.

What am I missing?

XOffset = -4.6119   'X offset from laser crosshair to spindle
YOffset = 5.1975   'Y offset from laser crosshair to spindle

SetOEMDRO(800,XOffset)
SetOEMDRO(801,YOffset)

Sleep(125)

You didn't copy the macros from \Mach3\macros\2010\ to \Mach3\macros\YOURPROFILE\
