Akira,
Are you using a Chinese motion controller by chance? If so, download and try using the macros at the bottom of the page here:

hi, most of my stuff is chinese, a PERK or DRAWBACK for living there, but from what i believe my usb controler is maybe russian, at leats thats what the website looks like haha, this is my board

https://www.nvcnc.net/zkmotion.html

thaks i will try them now, should i just copy them to the macro folder and over write the original ones included with the installer (im sorry im not really sure how macros work and im glad there is people like you there to write them)

its a ZKmotion controller.. im very surprised at how well it works, and how simple it is to set up, all tho every now and then it seams to have a problem where in the middle of a job  mach 3 says my axis are still running but theirs no movement from the steppers, but matbe one day i will figure that bug out

I've never seen that controller.
Yes, overwrite the macros in the Mach3\macros\yourprofile\ folder.

Most of the plugins for Chinese controllers do not handle probing properly, so the macros don't work properly.

just one quick question,, is it possible to use different plate thicknesses for the fixed and movable plate... other wise ill just buy some machined stock

The fixed plate thickness does not matter. The macro saves the location of the top face after the Initial Auto Zero.

According to their website, that's actually a DDCSV1 controller, which I think are pretty common.

Glad it's working. Let me know if you have any other questions. You can always email me as well.

Don't move the toolpath view while the machine is running. I've never heard of it stopping, but it will typically cause the machine to stutter.
Just a Mach3 limitation.
