Try this. Make sure it's enabled, and assign the probe to Input #1 in Ports and Pins.

I didn't test this on a machine, but it works when I emulate Input 1 with a keystroke.

Has anyone ever used the Mach 3 2010 on a Ez-Router table?

This looks like something I'm very interested in.  A couple questions;

Can I assume since this is just a screen that it would have no affect on plugins?  I'm going to be adding the XBox 360 controller for jogging as soon as the controller I ordered arrives.

I watched all of the videos and read through this entire thread.  I noticed in the video's you are using a wood router so have two pieces of metal for your surface contacts.  I did hear you reference using the actual part for a mill for the first contact.  I assume you're just using a ground so you could ground to the workpiece (assuming it conducts) and perhaps a know thickness piece of aluminum on the top of your vice, right?

Thanks,

Mark

Correct, it should work with any plugins.

Can't really answer the second, as it depends on how your mill is wired. On my router, the spindle is grounded. You can also make plates out of PCB or similar material that are isolated from the machine frame.

Quick question. I don't think I have changed anything in my settings but I used to be able to click on the FRO numbers and type in a new feed rate. Now when I click on the number a calculator looking window pops up and I have to click on each number to enter a value. This is very annoying when I need to change the feed rate on the fly.
I could not find any answers with the search tool in this forum. I try to find the answer before posting but I think I need help on this one.
Thank you everyone in advance for your help.
Mike

I don't have Mach3 here, but check under the Operator menu for the option to turn it off.
