i think bater ask the UC300-ETH  suport
when i had problems with pokeys i asked them i got very good service
so i think if they cant support you for such main problem ,maybe batter consider change hardware
its not expensive and if it save you head ace its worth the money i think(i not part of pokeys not get from them 1 dollar
but i get good service so i real like share this point with this forum)

if you manage inverter alarm already i can suggest you manage one very important error and its that
inverter cant stop the spindle on the requirement time you define
in this case its mean that spindle can now rotate from any reason,while  it spouse to stop, ,so you must block any movement or outputs for several minutes

i real dont want bother ,i very like  mach 4 i do with it amazing machines (every one welcome to look in my face book)
but i think you need still check yours wizard
without test on machine ,just only watch screen toolpath, you can see ,yours new wizard not do the job
maybe i made some mistake so ill be very glad to update my self
but compare 2 screen shot not left any more

when i run the old"Cv tuning wizard" that mistake disapire and the hexagonal work perfect
only problem is that the speed on corner are very very slow ,because slider stack on left side  as this  topic subject
**that many lines are only the corners ,because this shape is create by the cad software that make the corner with external radius when you run the tool with diameter outside compensation

first i thanks alot for yours support here its real good
but that point i asked about  2 month ago from mach support (not in this forum and they answer  me that
this is the new version now ,no use any more  for this old CV
BUT
please see the attach image
i tell you i cant use the CV now as you see what happened if i use yours new wizard ,all shape change
i try all options  with change tolerance or change  only x or only y nothing make bater
only when i turn on the old cv i can work ,but now cant change the speed on corner
i real confused about new wizard ,im in china now with new machine install (its not toy ,its big cnc with 850 servomotor)
and with all wizard cant run simple shape while the chines with there most simple hand controller can do

i dont know about UC300
i can tell you about pokeys
if you turn of the hardware before you turn of mach ,that can be happened ,because plug in not fiind the hardware and cant save the parameter
be sure you first turn of mach only then turn off the UC300

there some option
from simple way to use one of the desk remote app up to write blue tooth listener application
is some one have try ,any idea?
