we have new project to upgrade old cnc that use Yaskawa mechatrolink
we use pokeys cards that they custom for us and we real get use them and don't want replace
is there any to stay with our pokeys ,just find device that take the signal from our 3 or 4 motor outputs step/dir
and package it and send it by mecharolink format to this 3 or 4 yaskawa drivers ? instead of find other hardware or replace the servo

But i didn't clear my self,only act or do something acording event its simple ,but i mean something else
We have several options to run the gcode and all that options can export from postprocessor,but finaly which gcode will run at realtime its depends on user ,which button he will press,where he will put the part....
So i need condition that i can decied which part of gcode to run ,not only act specific action

is there way to add condition on Gcode(if,then,else) to act according buttons or any other event that will happened while gcode run?
i think there way but i didn't see in the manual nothing about this

when i start i also did not use index homing ,but i got many problem ,specheli with z axiss(0.2mm  +-)
we change all our machines to use the index from encoder
,now its much better, i suggest use home index

try reaplace net card,
maybe you have any electric problem? when you hit enable i believe there some device go power(like z brake)
maybe one of them make the electrick fall ?

defoult gateway not touch
my computer is 15 m far from pokeys card and no any connection problem
only problems i mat when the net cable is not good  ,try replace it try use Cat7
this point is real very staible in pokeys so try find the solution in yours wiring

why you need add extra plc?
pokeys support up to 10 cards porelay,each card have 8 realays
its have integrated 24 input ,and you can add extra card with more ( ithink about 24)
so why need plc?
