Hi Folks..

been machining for a while with a roland mdx-15... outgrew that in about 3 months and moved on up to a Minitech minimill2..

I have only just finished setting her up about a month back and am now selling them in Australia for Jack.. made my first Sale/delivery/tram last week.

i love mach because it gives me control over my machine.. im looking at ways to jog more precisely than my keyboard will allow me and looking at using a gamepad or other analog device to make tiny incremental steps possible for "tip to tip" alignment in various passes.. no idea how to do this yet.. but im sharp.. i will figure it out Smiley

anyway here are some pics of my rig and some of my work off her..   she has been named Gertrude!

cut these on a customers mill I installed and trammed this week...3 sided cut and i think its pretty well trammed Smiley  (Z is a touch off in flip cuts resulting in feint +-15 micron ledge in lower image.... i will live with it Wink )
