bit of good ol fashioned hand work to remove hub and clean up hinge and she is ready to cast

Chris,

How and where do you now attach the sprue to pour the casting now that the hub has been removed ?.

2 AM.. cant sleep

That job has been cast ans assembled already.. i dont cast myself, it goes to a casting company, they attach a sprue dependant to where it will placed on their tree of castings and according th emethod which will give them best flow of metal at the time.

i will upload images oc complete stuff from work in a few hours and hgilight where the sprue was
