The license restrictions listed on the product pages of this website and those included within the agreement when installing the software, must be strictly adhered to. By clicking you agree, you are agreeing to all policies.

License Delivery

When licensing, users will receive a personalized, encrypted license file via email which will unlock all versions of the software.  This file is emailed automatically as soon as payment has been processed.  Do not reply to the automatically generated license emails.  If you do not receive your license, please check any Bulk/Spam/Junk mail folders that you may have (the license sometimes gets filtered).  If you still do not see it, please use our help desk.  If you do not receive a response to your inquiry, it is because it was blocked by a spam filter – in such a case, please send another email including an alternate email address (preferably a webmail address, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). *Our new Mill Wizard and Mach4 use a different licensing method and these licenses will arrive separately from other licenses in your order.

Secure Payment

The preferred payment options are PayPal or Credit Card. These methods generate an automatic notification when a payment is received, so no further action is required.

Compliance with Export Control Laws

These licenses are subject to United States export controls. These licenses may not be purchased or otherwise exported or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of): Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or any organization or company on the United States Commerce Department’s “Denied Parties List.” The information on export laws provided herein is not necessarily complete. For more information on export laws, please refer to United States Commerce Department, Bureau of Export Administration. By purchasing any of these licenses, you are agreeing to the foregoing and all applicable export control laws. You are also warranting that you are not under the control of, located in, or a resident or national of any such country or on any such list.

Privacy Policy

All personal information gathered in the process of licensing is used solely to keep track of that user’s name for relicensing upon request. Any license may be re-issued at request from this data. No data or names are shared with any other vendors or parties. We respect the privacy of all parties who enter this site.

Refund Policy

It is the nature of internet licensing that refunds are impossible – once a license is generated it is not possible to be “returned”. Therefore, please utilize the Demo versions of the software to ensure the program you purchase is applicable to your needs beforehand as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Artsoft may refund purchases in special circumstances, but only at the discretion of Artsoft.

Replacement License Policy

Replacement licenses for direct purchases are available upon request if we are provided with the valid name, receipt, and email address used to make the purchase. Replacements for licenses that were not purchased directly from us, but were instead purchased through an OEM or Distributor must be made to that respective party. We do not collect end-user data from our distributors or OEM’s. Licenses are valid as long as held/obtained by the original owner as long as they have not been blacklisted (See Blacklisted Licenses below).

License Transfers

Licenses are non-transferrable. This includes both standalone items and products as part of a machine sale. If licenses are being purchased on behalf of another party, please include the desired license name in the appropriate fields during checkout. If you purchased a license through a distributor, your registration/proof of ownership is held by that distributor. Please read the “replacement license policy” above for more information.

Blacklisted Licenses

License piracy is a recognized issue, and we at Artsoft promptly blacklist any licenses identified as being made freely available on the internet. Additionally, certain licenses have been blacklisted due to inadvertent distribution by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of “internal use” licenses to customers. Blacklisted licenses are not supported and are ineligible for upgrades. If you believe that your license has been wrongly blacklisted and is valid, you must contact the entity from whom you purchased the license. Artsoft will not replace blacklisted licenses.

Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and save Artsoft harmless from any liability or obligation incurred by Artsoft to persons injured directly or indirectly in connection with the operation of such products. Buyer further agrees to assume the defense of any claim, suit or other proceedings seeking damages, and to bear all expense thereof, including all Attorney’s fees, costs, and interest.

Conclusion

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States & the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By purchasing from Artsoft, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
