OK here TIS.  I like the Imbedded values I wish Mach4 did that.

Art, could I design a totally unorthodox tool like a disk (imagine a sawblade) with a semicircular rim radius? and have the centre of the disk to be the point anchored to the toolpath lines? So imagine a disk cutting with its faces back and forth.  This is for foam cutter machine. Maybe I could design the  disk as a solid and import it into the program? And how about we also define the stock accurately, lets say if you could also open a solid (stl, step, obj or some other solid file).

thanks,
F

You're the only one using the industrial version. It's not available to us mere mortals.

HIYA Gerry,   Unless you are doing conditional parametric Gcode and G65 Macros  I don't see where  you are missing anything (;-)

There IS a pro version Gcode Editor but I have not seen that yet(;-)

ART, Here is are TEST Gcode files IF you want something to PUSH or punish Gsim (;-) Mach4 can run it BUT not Gsim.

Hi Terry:

I think I found the problem that stopped those two files from running, Im simming them fine now. (Though the first pass is at z=0 so does nothing, the rest simulates kinda nice looking...

New version in a few minutes that shoudl fix that. IT coudl also explain some crashing issues... IT DOESNT explain how roadrunner coudl have failed.. but
you never know... :)

Hi All:

Version 1.005 allows for full arcs.. ( the previous files issue.. just a typo.. )

It also fixes a possibel crash issue in arc interpolations..

Thx

I knew it woulnt fix your problem Terry, you couldnt load Roadrunner... which is really weird.
Im not sure their would be a different. Have you tried running vanilla wxMach with no screenset?
  Any Difference?
