Licening problem

I have a tag mill it workers fine with Mach 2 the motors wont work with Mach 3/4 an I bought license . I received secend copy of license an will still not work . Wizard said unlicensed file. can some one help

Look in mach3 Directory, is there a Mach1Lic.dat file? If there is not copy it from the Mach2 directory and place a copy of it in the Mach3 directory.

under help / about do you see your name?
Also you should be able to move your motors is you don't have a licanse... Could you please post your Mach2 and Mach3 XML files? I would like to check them to see if you have a bad setting.

The Mach2 one is an XML not a sys file
