Hi Kris,

Welcome to the forum.

Check if you have 5V & EN (on the C10) and CW & CP+ (on the KL-4030) all connected to +5 Volts.

Also that you have a common GND connection between GND (on the C10) and GND (on the KL-4030).

Tweakie.
PEACE

I tried it and it still don't work. I have connected Emergency Button and its not working either. Is it possible that I have connected the master switch incorrectly and it won't work? The led is illuminated red when I turn on the power. But when I push in the master switch nothing happens

Yup, I would say its possible.   I would try one thing at the time.  Get the board powered up and move on form there.  Just take little bites.  Next, get the estop working, then add some inputs if you are useing any, then your outputs to the drives, then your other outputs.  Is the cable your useing from you parallel port a straight thru?

Yes. I purchase the cable from automationtechnologiesinc .
How to check if I powered everything up if the "master switch" is working correctly?
