Looks like each letter is contained n a box. The box outline seems to have a beveled edge, thus you would use a tapered cutter to do the box.
Then use an endmill to do the inside / pocket of the letters and the same for the outside of the letters. I would think that Vcarve pro has the capabillity to the above and there are videos for it on their site.

You might have to tweak the Speeds and Feeds for your needs. But gives you a completed part.

OK here is another one i need help :-[ on doing if some one please help me on telling me how to engrave this picture ???   i will like to give as a gift to my father he ask for a t shirt with the picture but :)  i will like to give a wood wit the engrave image can this be possible to use a picture to engrave or to get the g code from the image ???
