Lost License When Upgrading

I upgraded from Mach3 2.0.065 to Mach3 R2.63 and now I can't find the license. 

I've also didn't upgrade properly and lost old settings.  Not that big of a deal.

I've sent email to license@machsupport.com, but no replies.

Mach3 is a great product, and this is the first issue to date.  :)

Any help is appreciated.

  I did the same once. Mine was still in my email deleted items from where I received it originally.
I then saved it in a couple of places other than just in the Mach3 folder.

Hey RC,

I orginally purchased Mach 1-1/2 yrs ago and am finally upgrading.  I've since changed home computers (old one died) and don't have the old emails. Should've saved the license.

Can I get Artsoft to re-send or am I outta luck.

  Great to have such wonderful support, you and Artsoft have been wonderful!
   I haven't lost my license yet(and hope I never do), but it is a comfort to know if all of my
saved copies of it disappear, or I need help with anything else concerning Mach3, you will be there to help out!
