autocad vs. lazycam

How can open a DXF file onto LazyCam after was made out in Autocad
I did click OpenDXF in LazyCam but No Entities Found...

Did you close your dxf file that AutoCad created?  If the file is still open, it won't load into LC.

Ok, I did close autocad, try to open with Lcam, but won't load any thing and see 2749.87 scale number in the blue screen

Save as V12 .dxf from AutoCAD and try that.
