I am concentrating on the operator interface.  as I plan to use it on various machines. I will probably try to use the Bridgeport servo's and the Grex to start with. this will be my first atual cnc machine so if it mooves under it's own power it will be magical :-) also a bunch of waht I want to machine will need the 4th axis so there is that to mess with. probably Gecko and stepper motor.
would really like to see pictures of your machine  ( a picture is worth a thousand words)
Hey what about the Cincinnati machine with the Toolchanger where is that at now.  one of my friends has one and it seems like a real machine to retrofit.

I am still working on the Cincinnati and hope to get back to it in a few weeks... I am getting ready for a trip to LA and there is not much time left for the work that I would like to do!
