Hi

All parameters of Mach3 are stored in a so called profile. If you used the default settings at install, this file resides in C:\Mach3, the default name is Mach3Mill.xml. If you don't want to show it on the forum, you can send me the file. My email klaus.dietz@kd-dietz.de

I get the impression that g1 x10 works just fine? Ditto g1 y10?
IF so, then all the electronics, the wiring and the motors are just fine. If they were not, those instructions would not work properly.

If it is only a jog command which goes wrong, then the problem lies between the keyboard and the Mach keyboard input - that part of Mach which collects the key strokes. If the Hotkeys photo is still valid, then I can only suggest reinstalling Mach3, preferably (VERY preferably) version .062

Cheers
Roger

Hi Craig,
G0 X50
X0
Y50
Y0

That should move X 50mm then back again, then Y 50mm and back again....yes G0 X50 ----only X moved to 50 then X0 come to home position...same with Y Axis..
regards,
DD

Hi,
I think Roger is right, if the machine MDIs OK then the keyboard data is getting scrambled.
Re-installing Mach with fresh download, version 062 preferred.

Hi
I think I found the culprit. It's a setting in the profile. I have to figure out how to change this parameter. Another solution would be generate a new profile.

Hi Roger

this explanation regards the dialog "Port Setup and Axis selection Input signals"

this problem occurs if Emulated is checked and the Hotkey settings are mixed up in x and y direction.

to correct this, change
JogX++ to 39
JogX--   to 37
JogY++ to 38
JogY--   to 40

or uncheck the "Emulated" button.

Hi Klaus
That is the standard Mach3 config, but it is also what the OP's JPG showed.
Now, the emulated button - don't know.

Cheers
