Hi,
yes they are much better.

It looks like your motor outputs are correct.  The layout of the signals suggests
X axis step=pin2
          dir=pin3
Y axis step=pin5
          dir=pin6
Z axis step=pin8
          dir=pin9

Your spindle assignments look wrong
Spindle step=pin16
             dir=pin14

One thing I think you should change is on the Outputs page
X enable=pin4
Y enable=pin4
Z enable=pin4

Hi,
I can only conclude that the board is faulty.

Take it up with the peron you bought it from to replace it.

I changed the controller and checked the second controller pins configuration it was 100% same as mine and after changing the controller the same result nothing changes How it's possible if my controller is faulty his should be ok ..

Hi,
yes that would tend to indicate that Mach is causing the X and Y axes move together.

Try MDIing some separate X and Y moves:

G0 X50
X0
Y50
Y0

That should move X 50mm then back again, then Y 50mm and back again. Does it do that or do both axes move together?
When the axes move together do both the X&Y DROs change together?

Does your friend have his machine set up and running?
