mach4 gui failure

Anyone see this ? win7 32 bit . new install. Gui comes up then "stops working" with this error.

This is probably a video card driver issue.
Try updating your drivers.

I don't think that is the issue , I'm running latest driver , system is stable , video plays well . No other applications seem to have issue.

Do a google on atioglxx.dll.  You will see that later versions of this caused problems with earlier ATI/AMD cards when running some, not all, software.  Answer appears to be to use an older version.

you can get , get catalyst 3.4 version from here :

extract , don't install , then copy the dll to the mach4 install directory. seems to function , we shall see.
