Wow... something is drastically wrong.  :o I would bet the Chinese stepper drive is not setup right or failed. People think they are getting a deal buying a $29 chinese stepper then wonder why the machine runs like crap or spend days trying to figure out how to make it work because there isn't instruction. The machine looks like a package deal to me... if that's the case contact to seller.

Seems the Ebay market is flooded with "package machines complete with electronics"... the sellers buy cheap Chinese components then sell the systems for 1000% markup.

Try reducing the axis  Velocity and Acceleration settings  by 50% then test again.

If I reduce it by 50% the noise and vibration will be more violence!

When I increase it more then will be more smoothly!

Do you not have any documentation for the drives?
Is it ok at higher speed?

That page doesnt seem to give any info about the dip switches other than to say what they are for. Do you have any other info as it could possibly be you are set for full or half step and at slower speeds it may r un a lot better if you increased the microstepping.

Try setting the dip switches 5 and 6 to Off On to give you 1/8 microstepping. You will need to adjust your steps per unit in Mach accordingly.
Try setting the decay to FAST  dips 3 and 4 both On.
