How do I setup so mach3 starts with certain codes.

How to I set up mach3 so at start up it automaticly goes to say "G20 G55 M6T1" and make sure turn tool offset off etc?

You can use an Initialization Macro.

An example for my lathe can be found in Threading on the Lathe - Mach3Turn writeup, Apendix "C" page 57.
