Matsuura MV-500 with Yaskawa Drives Retrofit

Hi all,

I want to start to retrofit my Matsuura MV-500
I Want to use Mach3
has anybody experience what is the best way?
Has anybody accomplished an projekt with this components?

The Servopacks are Yaskawa CPCR-MR052 GC
The Feedback Units are Yaskawa TFUE-08ZC7
The Spindle Drive is Yaskawa CPCR-QR-CB8D

All other i/o 's are easy

any helps makes me happy :-)

Your drives will almost certainly be analogue command, that means you will need an external controller to allow you to use Mach.
I use the CSMIO/IP-A and it works exceptionally well.
The others are DSPMC,  Kflop/Kanalog, Galil.

CSMIO/IP-A i have seen @ the german Mach3 dealer. it looks great.

Do you use the same Yaskawa 's?

Do you have wiring dokumentation

What wiring documents are you meaning? for the CSMIO or the drives or the Matsuura?

If you do a google search for
CPCR-MR manual

and

CPCR-QR manual

you should get the manuals for them.

Thas correct, but the Manual you will find is the TSE-C717-12 xx and this does not match with the CPC-MR052GC axis servo drive;-(

Afraid I dont, only one I have here, apart from the one you mentioned, is for CPCR-MR***K
