Thanx Hood for help and sorry for delay , i got voltmeter later and tested everything many times

2 times tested without any software opened

1 Mach3 idle  (no G-code)

1 mach3 with Gcode  : G0 X200

1 Kcam idle - (without any G-code)

1 kcam with G-code G0 X200

tested again without any software load =  mach3 idle without any gcode = kcam idle without gcode = got same results in three situation :

i hope this results help you to solve this situation

I am not sure about the results, can you concentrate on just pins 2 and 3 with both Mach and KCam doing a jog.
From the above it looks like you may have the step and dir pins reversed for Mach.

Swap the pins in Mach for the X axis Step and Dir and see if the X works.

i tested again pin2 in right and left dir

in the right give me 3.45 v   on the left  get  0.05

Ok so it does seem to be working if the voltages are correct on Pin 2 and the voltage on Pin 3 is also changing from 0.5 to 3.44v.
Could it be you have the Velocity far too high and thus the motor instantly stalls? Does it make any noise when you try to jog?

it make some thing strange only Hood,

when swap pin 2 , 3

and move right , then quickly move left (with keyboard arrow )  the motor move something like 2 degree ..

then wait some seconds and try again , it move another degree ( just move some right ,, then some left quickly ) or vise


Just need to change the direction very quickly and the motor Jog for 1 sec >>>>

tried and changed everything in motor tuning ........

It sounds like the axis is stalling, try setting a very low acceleration and velocity, also put it into Sherline mode just in case the driver needs a wide pulse.
