Guys, any one had something like this?? i post gcode with 26mm but the gcode ends 26.400

Post the dxf file. Provide a pic of the tool definitions that you are using.

Yes ! I get that too.
It seems to be mainly influenced by the Tool radius specified. (finish cut settings also have a slight effect)

Dear Rich,
please check attachment, and for info this broblem happen for all tests that I do.
when transferring from AUTOCAD to LT all ok. but when posting from LT to Mach 3 the Diameter of the ROUGH path looks clearly more bigger than the FINE path.

Can you save and then post your drawing as a version 12 dxf?

I dont find extention .12DXF
I have DXF (autocad 2010,2007, 2004, 2000, 14 )
does .DXF means (DXF autocad 12) ?

I use Autocad 2007. It will not read newer versions.
Save the file as shown in the pic.
