What kind of spindle motor/driive do you have? You have it set as Step/Dir but you dont have the spindle relays option set.

Hood,
The spindle driver is a Delta VFD-M 220V 1.5kW
Motor is a Mav3 80-4, 1.5hp, 1.1kW, 4 pole, 220V

Do you have any info on how the VFD connects to Mach?  Any links to a manual download? There has to be some form of spindle control board, that may be built into your control board or may be a seperate component but really need manuals to know.

You need to set the spindle settings as in the first document, your xml has it set as Step/Dir and it should be PWM, look on page 59.
