You  say you get an emergency, what exactly does the  message say?
I am running your file at the moment in simulation and seems good so far.

Cant recall ever seeing emergency on its own, will have to think about that and try a few things to see if I can simulate it.
As Ryan has said, your xml might throw up some answers, so when you get a chance attach your xml, you will find it in the main Mach3 folder and if you are using the standard profile it will be called Mach3Mill.xml, if you have a custom profile then it will have that name. You will likely need to change the name of it before you can attach to the forum so once you have it on your pen drive change the name to sledrat.xml and the forum should accept it fine.

Normally you have Mach configured to stop at a tool change  and when you have swapped the tool you press start and Mach will continue with the new offset. Mach gets the offsets from the tooltable.
I have a knee mill so dont worry about that as I just wind the knee to suit rather than have tools in the tooltable as its quicker for me.
