I have gone from 0-.00000001 they only thing that fixes it once it starts opening dxfs like this is to close down lcam and reopen.

The entry may need to be LARGER. Looks like you are setting it SMALLER.
Try 1.00000 just for kicks.

Just tried the 1.0 and didn't work once I get it to start opening the dxfs with the circles reading as two arcs no matter what I do only closing and reopening works

Hmmmm...Maybe post your DXF like Chip asked earlier.

I tried all I could and it works fine here...3.00.2
