The -z and the +z runs the same direction and also the -x and the +x runs the same direction.

Go to Configure - Control - Motors and down, between Backlash and Enable delay is a tick for reverse.

Or you mean about keyboard control??

If yes go to Configure - Plugins - Keyboard and change there.

What controller you use, check the controller plugin it may need to change it there. Or maybe you have something wired wrong and work only one direction..

In mach3 all was working fine,i use  uc100 motion controller.

Solved,my direction pin numbers were wrong, sorry for the trouble greekart thanks anyway.
