E stop
« on: February 06, 2021, 05:58:10 AM »

During the program I often get an e stop emergency. Sometimes none and sometimes several times in the same program. What could be the cause of this

This issue can be caused by electrical noise picked up on your inputs wiring (limit switches, estop, etc.). Do a forum search for electrical noise and you should find some info on; earthing, cable shielding, line filters, VFD noise, etc.

Use good quality shielded cable with the shield connected to Earth at the controller end only.
