Brett, I sent you my number. This morning  tried opening programs in Machmill and Plasma. they both work. I can pull open any program without a problem (so far)
Its just in Mach turn (the program I need) that it is still locking up. Mind boggling.

Thanks for the help Brett. well Ive narrowed my problem down to this. I copied my programs over line by line loading it as I went into the editor. all is working fine and well until I copied a subprogram into the code. Thats what is causing it to lock up. I can open a file with a subprogram in it in Machmill. and machplasma just fine, but not Mach turn. anyone have a clue as to why Mach turn only is having a problem with subs.

Well I loaded an old version of Mach. so far version 2.24 is working to load programs. dont know why the newer versions arent working. but If the old version works than it works.
