is it possible to setup somewhere in Mach4 offets of touch sensor? I decided to mount my self made sensor not in spindle but at some offset (to have quick access to measure without changing tool). So what I want is to perform some calculation in TouchOf plugin to substract offsets.

why not? use G31 and cheack what ever you want ,just write the corect script

you need to add code to the probing macros you are using allowing for the distance in x&y to the centre of the spindle
