hi, im starting with milling cnc, my issue is i create the cam on fusion 360 without problems and set the start point when im in the mach 3 i set the same offset as in fusion 360 but it doesnt work it always appear backwards and dont know why

more information and maybe some pictures are needed.
Is this a router or a mill?  My first guess is that you have one or more axis going backwards.
