When I start spindle through relay control it run for some time and then it stops if I do nothing on mach3 screen. When I start doing something on screen e.g. jogging then spindle starts again. Plaease help me to sole this problem.

Sounds like your computer is going into sleep mode or power conserve mode. when you use the mouse it wakes up. Disable all power conservation modes. (;-) TP
