I have changed the DQ542MA to 800pulses

Its a nema 23. 1.8° 200steps

Current is still the same. If i make it less the motor wont turn at all

maybe you can post a photo of the Motor Connections at the DQ542MA and at the HY-Div 268N ?

I have read that it can mayne have something to do with the ACPI drivers ?

why should it be something with the ACOI Drivers,
when your y-axis Controller is running on the x-axis Outputs of the BOB,
and only the new x-axis Driver is not working ? :-\

Dont know what to do anymore. At the point to mayne rebuilt with Arduino and use a diffrent platform than Mach3
