Help with my THC control

I have proma THC 150 and mach3 is not recognizing my Z up. it sees Z down and THC on also torch on but not my Z up. Any ideas?

I got the proma THC controller to work in simulation mode but when I go to use it still runs into the metal any ideas

Thanks now my new issue is when you're getting ready to cut the torch starts its Pierce  then just starts going up and never comes back down I have to stop the process. It works in simulation mode torch on Z up Z down and so forth.

Also I use sheetcam I was wondering what post processor I should use and I do not have a floating head any ideas
