Hello,

I'm having some trouble contacting artsoft and i'm not sure where else to ask this question.

I've purchased mach3 and lazycam previously with no trouble, however now i am unable to log into my account. I've tried (several times) resetting my password but i get no email. I've also tried submitting tickets but no email over the past 2 weeks.

I can create this account for the forum, and the email for confirmation came through fine for that, within minutes. I can also create new accounts on the artsoft website, but i'm concerned if i order the software that it wont arrive.

Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them or what the problem might be?

I did as you suggested and got a response last night, i'm now in contact with one of their advisers and working through the problem.
