I hate to say this but...  you are never going to get a response without providing more information.  Mach build?  What motion controller?  Machine setup?  Also, when asking for help, examples are suggested.  It is proper etiquette.  Then maybe someone can possibly help you.  Otherwise, expect your post to go unanswered.

Still no example?  Dude, I can't magically reproduce your problem.  You need to post your profile (help->support->package profile) and provide a file that crashes.  Why?  Because everything file I run doesn't crash.

Hear! Hear!.. I'm w/ ya..   5 axis kinematic's is currently what is holding up my purchase of a decent 5 axis CAM. I haven't found one that does it for you [ so mach doesn't have to] and mach doesn't do it so right now.. mach is really just a 3/4 axis mill, the 4-5-6 axis is only usable either for a 4th rotating axis or to slave motor's, in reality it can't be used as a 5 axis control until this is provided, even if the hardware connected to it has the ability to run 6 motors..

mach3 (in my opinion and 4 hobby) cannot control a 5-axis machine!!!

result: 5th axis skips steps

You posted a video, a picture, and gave your opinion.  Are you wanting help?  We have people run 5 axis all day every day and it isn't an issue.  My phone would be ringing off the hook if there was an issue.  So we must find out why you are having problems.  So if you are wanting help, if you would please package up you profile (help->support->package profile) and attach that file along with the G code and I will test it.
