Hmmmm.

It's obviously larger than an buttload....

...but seems smaller than an a$$load......

My guess is that it's a $hitload

Assuming a 50% duty cycle and a full 8 hour day, 2,736,000!

OKl I'll play - having subjected the clues given so far to a bit of dimensional analysis, the spread sheet says that a crucial piece of info is missing... Please provide a hint re the diameter of the cutter used and I will have the magic formulas provide THE answer as my entry.

OK -  I'll play.
I've carefully considered the clues given so far; subjected them to a bit of dimensional analysis and constructed a modelling spread sheet... alas, two crucial piece of info are still needed....
1) what diameter cutter was used?
2) I also need to know what type of shoe soles you were wearing and how many times you left the area during the job (to subtract out the chips removed via this process).

With these missing pieces I can complete the variables of the formula (and use some rational estimations of finish vs roughing feed/speed ratios), and I will have the magic model provide my answer for entry.
