Hi Bob,

I know it does not address your original question but you may want to take a look at Terry's wrapper wizard http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,23216.0.html

It does not have any problems with arcs, it's free and is just so simple to use.  ;)

PEACE

Hi Russ

Do you have a link to the full manual ...............
Thanks
Bob

Go to where it was installed.
By default, mine was C,  Program Files, CNCWrapper.
You should see the HELP file there.

Hi Tweakie ... and Terry (if you're listening),
I tried the TP Wrapper wizard but it doesn't seem to work for me (in sim).
I put the .set in a folder, then put that folder in Addons.
Wiz opens normally, enter info, returns to Mach, no wrappy.
Just Y moves, not A.
Where did I go wrong ?
Thanks,
Russ

Hi Russ, I have no idea but I am sure Terry will know.

(I incorporated the wizard into my 1024.set and it works just fine here).

HIYA RUSS, DIDN'T Ya read the manual ??

Joking aside in SIM it will all look like you have Changed nothing.  The Magic is in using the Y to drive the A. That way you have use of arcs which makes a very smooth function for A. The toolpath Screen will show it as a FLAT projection in XY BUT it will MACHINE around the A when used

DO you have a 4th axis setup and running ? And it still does not work ??

(;-) TP
