« on: April 11, 2007, 04:59:44 PM »
Could somebody please load this code in there mach3 and see if there getting a bunch of loop de loos  circles see if im crazy.

when i  create the code in Sheetcam everything is fine .    when i take the same drawing and make some code with bobcad i get a bunch of  circles that mach will cut just wondering if it is operator error or my post is screwed up. because if i generate some code with the bobcad plasma post the circles are not there but this is for my mill

Thanks John

i think i put this in the wrong catagory im  terribly sorry probably should have been in third party software

Try setting the IJ mode to the opposite of what it is now, you will find it on the General Config page.

This is what I get. The reason for the differnet colors is just another good feature of Mach. Do these help?

ya thats right do you see those circles like on the bottom of his chest and his feet and legs" these arent supposed to be there". well i must not be crazy. Mach is following this.  when i build the code in sheetcam it does not make those circles. so am i right it must be the bobcad post  if i use the bobcad plasma post it doesnt make those circles either what do ya think? I think it must be in the post processor. When you generate the code do you have an option of doing arc leadins?

In the BOBCAD nc code viewer on the menu setup is Driver setup, on the general tab try changing the MAX CIRCULAR MOVEMENT options and re-generate the code.

Also turn off the XY show only changed options.

I think its got something to do with the G02's not having X and Y figures.

Graham.
