RADIUS TO END OF ARC DIFFERS FROM RADIUS TO START

Hi
Not completely new here but was wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem.
Recently purchased Bobcad which is great very pleased. Having a problem with the Arc feature when posting to Mach3. I keep getting an error (RADIUS TO END OF ARC DIFFERS FROM RADIUS TO START).
I scanned the forums and noticed a few people had the same problem but not using Bobcad. I have tried in gen config changing from absolute to inc mode and various other things as suggested but still keep getting the same error.
Any thoughts anyone?

In Genconfig what have you got the IJ modes set to, INC or ABS. For most code it uses INC. The POST in Bobcam SHOULD be setting the IJ mode to which ever method the POST USES for IJ mode.

IN the Preamble blocks is there a G91.1 code?

In mach3 in general config I have IJ set to inc. The code bobcad is putting out is showing G91.1 at the beginning of the code.

OK how about distance mode  ABS or INC  , G90 or G91 in the preamble code


Post a copy of a simple program that shows the error.

There are several BAD things to that file.

Line33 should NOT be there as it will cut an arc right thru the untrimmed stock. It is cutt the ARC before the stock was rooughed to size. AND it is arced in the WRONG direction.

AND LINE 303 is cut in the wrong direction as well AND the arc is not even programmed correctly K/I is wrong.

Thanks for that I will try it.
 What I don't under stand is the program ran fine in the Bobcad simulation and its Bobcad outputting the code.

The SIM modual and the POST modual are two different critters. Obivously the POST is outputting incorrect Gcode (not unusual for BobCam Posts).

Hi
I have just re drawn the ball in Bobcad and tried it again and it seems to work. I think maybe with chopping and changing it, it was me causing the problem. Here's the code it now gives me.
