Hi
Just ran this code to turn a ball. It all worked great and turned the radius very nice except when it got to line 232 when it just stopped and didn't do the finishing pass?  The program is slightly different to the last post as in I just made the part slightly shorter.
Any thoughts appreciated.

replace the M02 with a M30 and see how it goes.

Just a point which you might want to know is even though the program stops running on line 232 the spindle is still running as if the program hasn't ended???

If you attach your xml I will see if I can find the problem.
It seems to run through fine in simulation here although if you have the M02 at the end the code window will jump back a bit however the final position showing in the DROs is that of the last move in the code.

The DRO is showing next line 257 when there's only 237 lines of code. Thinking about it I have had a similar problem before when Mach3 didn't execute the last few lines of code.

257 is likely because there are lines with comments etc, so Mach sees more lines.

I have ran a few tests with this radius problem. My stock diameter before executing the arc is 30mm. If try and put a radius on the end over 10mm it throws an error (radius from start differs********) Surely if it was a  mach3 problem it wouldn't do any radius?
